Spring school holidays. Last day of Term 2 is Friday 25th September and first day of Term 4 is Monday 12th October.
The interschool football tournament happens at the rec park and is for students in year 3 and up.
The epro8 interschools event is happening at Nelson Intermediate from 12pm-3pm on the 8th of September. We will be sending a team of 4 year 6’s. Those students will bring home more info closer to the time.
The annual interschool speech competition held at the Takaka Memorial Library. Year 3-4 speeches on Wednesday the 19th of August 9:30-12 and year 5-6 speeches on Thursday the 20th August 9:00-12:30.
We have been incredibly lucky to have the Kiwi Kids Charity Southern Roadie book in to come to school to host an afternoon of fun for the kids, and a BBQ lunch with cheeseburgers to start the fun off. More details available closer to the time.

The annual Mohua Primary Schools Athletics Day. Held at the GB Rec Park. For students aged 7+
Life Education Trust is having its annual visit to Central. Both classes will have sessions.
Term 3 assembly (carried over to the beginning of term 4 due to the production). Jenny Bennett will be attending and carrying out a Whānau survey afterwards which will help the board form its strategic plan for the coming year.
